The Empty Egg
Jeremy was born with a twisted body and a slow mind. At the age of 12 he was still in second grade, seemingly unable to learn. His teacher, Doris Miller, often became exasperated with him. He would squirm in his seat, drool, and make grunting noises. At other times, he spoke clearly and distinctly, as if a spot of light had penetrated the darkness of his brain. Most of the time, however, Jeremy just irritated his teacher.

FROM MY ORGANIC FARM
Planting Time - a variety of veggies
Ever since I was a child, farming has been close to my heart. I can't say that I have green thumb (more likely a green mind, maybe) as I'm not really that good in growing things, but my fascination for the craft can be manifested in the way I'm glued to the television set whenever a farm-related telecast is shown on Discovery Channel or whenever "Jamie At Home" (Jaime Oliver's show featuring his organic farm and homegrown goodies) is playing on the screen.

Wellness Dancercise at Han Wok Chinese Cuisine - Blue Wave
(stretching time before the dance classes began)
(The participants dancing and groovin their way to fitness
through Hip-hop dance moves)
The Wellness Dancercise Classes took the Blue Wave Strip Mall by storm as more than 60 participants danced their way to fitness through the guidance of Jam Aranda from the Benilde Romacon Dance company under the artistic direction of Christine Crame-Santillan. Using a combination of stretching & aerobic work for fitness & wellness integrating hip hop & jazz dance techniques, the very energetic and fired-up participants had a great time while keeping up with the equally energetic instructor.

Entreplink EB at Han Wok Chinese Cuisine at Blue Wave Mall
The Saturday EB of Entreplink Philippines at Han Wok Chinese Cuisine at Blue Wave was another wonderful experience for those lucky enough to be present during the meeting and the networking that followed. The place was really crawling with activities as Entreplinkers gathered on one table (actually several tables strung together) for the Cashflow game, while another group of entreplinkers chatted and drank coffee on another set of tables as the game went underway.
(The team from Beauty and Wellness Options giving Free live blood analysis)
Han Wok's Wellness Weekend was also ongoing during that time as people tried the excellent massage modalities from Rommel Martinez of Greenbay Thera and received Live Blood Analysis and wellness tips from Ian Ocampo and Roscel Dongaban's group from Beauty and Wellness Options. On top of that, the normal lunchtime crowd soon flocked to Han Wok and availed of the sumptuous meals the place had to offer.
